Sidik Priadana. MS. br /br /br /br /br /br /br / Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja pegawai Dinas Tata Ruang dan Permukiman Propinsi Jawa Barat, mengetahui seberapa besarnya pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja pegawai terhadap produktivitas, serta seberapa besar pengaruh produktivitas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Tata Ruang Dan Permukiman Propinsi Jawa Barat.br /br /br /br /br /br / Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Deskriptif Analisis dan Induktif analisis, sedangkan objek analisisnya adalah pegawai Dinas Tata Ruang Dan Permukiman Propinsi Jawa Barat.br /br /br /br /br /br / Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka didapat bahwa pelaksanaan motivasi pada dasarnya telah berjalan dengan baik di Dinas Tata Ruang Dan Permukiman Propinsi Jawa Barat, namun demikian perhatian pimpinan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan perlu mendapat perhatian, penghargaan terhadap pekerjaan pegawai juga perlu diperhatikan dan dihargai. Disiplin kerja pegawai cukup baik dengan setiap pegawai mempunyai kesadaran dan tanggung jawab dalam mentaati peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku serta setiap pegawai pada umumnya mempunyai tanggung jawab masing-masing terhadap pekerjaannya. Namun demikian beberapa hal perlu mendapat perhatian dari pimpinan bahwa pimpinan harus berlaku adil dalam penerapan sanksi, yang dilaksanakan secara umum, konsisten, segera dan berlaku untuk semua pegawai. Pada umumnya Motivasi dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas, namun bila dilihat secara parsial ternyata disiplin kerja lebih berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai dari pada motivasi. Produktivitas kerja pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai berkaitan fungsi aparatur sebagai pelayan masyarakat, oleh karenanya peningkatan kinerja pegawai merupakan hal yang utama, peningkatan kinerja dapat pula dilakukan dengan pengembangan budaya organisasi dan budaya kerja yang baik.br /

MS br /br /br /br /br /br / Intention of this research is to know Motivation and Discipline Work officer On duty Planology and Settlements of Province West Java, knowing how big of influence motivate and discipline work officer to productivity, and also how big influence of productivity to Performance Officer On Duty Planology And Settlements Of Province West Java br /br /br /br /br /br / Method Research the used is method of research Descriptive of Analysis and Inductive of analysis, while its analysis object is officer On Duty Planology And Settlements Of Province West Java br /br /br /br /br /br / Pursuant to result of research, hence got that execution of motivation basically have walked better On Duty Planology And Settlements of Province West Java, but that way attention of head to make-up of earnings and improvement of prosperity require to get attention, appreciation to work of officer also require to be paid attention and esteemed Discipline work good enough officer with each; every officer have responsibility and awareness in adhering regulations going into effect and also each; every officer in general have take charge of each to its work. But that way several things require to get attention of head that head have to go into effect fair in applying of sanction, executed in general, consistence, immediately and valid for all officer . In generally Motivate and Discipline job have an effect on to productivity, but if/when seen by partial in the reality discipline work more having an effect on to officer work productivity than motivation. Officer work productivity have an effect on to interconnected officer performance of function of apparatus as steward of society, for the reason the make-up of officer performance represent prima facie matter, make-up of performance earn is also done with development of cultural and organizational culture of good job. br /
